Art Workshop with Anne Frank Center, April 27, 2014

Many thanks to the Anne Frank Center and teaching artist Ava for an intensely meaningful workshop, in which Midtown Workmen's Circle School students viewed a film about Anne Frank's life and then created art in multiple forms based on images from the Secret Annex.

The Anne Frank Center uses the diary and spirit of Anne Frank as unique tools to advance her legacy, to educate young people and communities about the dangers of intolerance, antisemitism, racism and discrimination, and to inspire the next generation to build a world based on equal rights and mutual respect.
