Stop-And-Frisk on Trial - A Conversation with David Ourlicht

David Ourlicht is one of the lead plaintiffs in a civil action brought by the Center for Constitutional Rights to challenge the NYPD's stop-and-frisk policy.

On May 5, David spoke to parents, and also to the vov class, about his personal experiences with stop-and-frisk, and how he became involved in the case.

David’s talk was powerful and moving, and we’re grateful to him for speaking so openly about his experiences.

We were also glad to welcome David’s grandfather, as well his friends who joined us for the talk and the conversation that followed.
